Need Energy

Energy, expertise and trust. An Algerian company supporting your projects.

Une vision, un engagement

A message from the founder

Algeria’s needs in energy performance, building comfort and consumption management are evolving. Convinced that modern technical solutions have a major role to play in this transformation, I founded Need Energy to put the expertise gained through more than ten years of experience in France and Switzerland at the service of our clients.

Need Energy was born from a simple ambition: to provide reliable, efficient and lasting installations, with quality support before, during and after every project.

Our company works in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, heat pumps and renewable energy to provide a comprehensive response to the needs of individuals, businesses and local communities.

Our story & direction

International experience. Algerian ambition.

Founded in 2026 and based in Dely Brahim, Algiers, Need Energy is a growing Algerian company. It draws on its founder’s career in building services, which began in 2014 and developed in France and Switzerland.

Installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales support and team leadership shape our commitment to preparation, checking and clear explanations. Our role is to adapt this experience to Algerian realities for households, businesses and farms.

2026

Need Energy begins in Algeria

A young company backed by its founder’s more than ten years of professional experience.

Turning ambitions into commitments

Grow with a clear method, stay close to our clients and help the people building Need Energy progress.

Quality built at every stage

Prepare interventions, explain choices and check installations. Our aim is to build a reliable working method with clear scope and responsibilities at each stage.

Support that lasts

Make after-sales support a continuation of the project: listen to difficulties, identify their cause, explain the next steps and follow resolution under the agreed terms. Trust also grows after installation.

Developing skills

Train, share expertise and gradually entrust responsibilities. We want to give colleagues a framework based on respect, progress and recognition of their work, building teams that can grow with the company.

Developing solutions for Algeria

Adapt solutions to the local climate, buildings, usage and budgets. Our ambition is to expand our presence progressively, first strengthening our teams, organisation and quality of follow-up.

Our goal: to become a trusted long-term partner.

Advise before proposing. Assess before sizing. Choose an appropriate solution, then remain involved in its follow-up.

Our approach
